How to Make a Comment, Suggestion or Complaint
We are constantly seeking to improve upon facilities in the hospital. Please tell us if you are dissatisfied in any way or have suggestions for improvement. This can be helpful and will be relevant to us in improving services for others. Where possible make your dissatisfaction known immediately to staff on the ward, so that your problem can be dealt with promptly. Arrangements can be made for you or your relatives to discuss your concerns with the doctors and nursing or administration staff before you go home if necessary.
However, should you decide that your problem or complaint has not been adequately dealt with, you may complete a complaints form and return it to the complaints co-ordinator who will have it fully investigated. This will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a response will normally be issued within 28 days.
